Standard License agreement

Permitted License uses

You can use the Images for advertising, graphic design, marketing, books and book covers, promotional graphics, flyers, brochures, web design, catalogs, product packaging, film, video,illustration, editorial in magazines and newspapers, multimedia presentations, Ebooks, letterhead, business cards, promotional postcards, greeting cards and calendars, screensavers, online banner advertising, software, mobile or tablet applications, computer game, Gui design, logo, trademark and branding design.
These ornaments are provided 'as-is' without any express or implied warranty.

Up to 5 Users License

Up to 5 users are allowed to use the Images within your organization or company.

Uses in templates for Resale & Distribution

You can use the images in templates that you resell, as long as:

- You use the Images as creative elements inside your own design, as pixel/rasterized images

- You don't insert the Images as Vector Files in your templates

- You don't provide the Images as separate elements that the user can extract and reuse for his own creations.

For example, you can use our vintage illustrations in your Photoshop Letterhead template, but you cannot provide our vintage Illustrations as .jpg images in a separate folder.

Limited Reproductions / Print Runs

You can print or reproduce the images if it doesn't exceed 250,000 units.

Uses in Products for Resale & Distribution

You cannot use the images as the main value of a product for resale, license or other distribution.

If you wish to resale or distribute a product, where our images plays a major role and adds the main value to it, you must purchase an Extended License.

For example, you cannot use our images to sell wall stickers, wood decorations or T-shirt where our images play the major role and you just reproduce our images.

The same rules applies to Digital Products for Resale & Distribution.

File sharing with customers and printers

Only 5 users in the purchaser's company are licensed to use the content, although you may transfer files containing content to your clients, printers, or ISP for the purpose of reproduction for permitted uses only, provided that such parties shall have no further or additional rights to use the content and cannot access or extract it from any file you provide.

Non Permitted License Uses

You cannot Sell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise grant rights or make available for use by others all or a portion of the Images in form or formats designed or intended for re-use of the Assets.

You cannot resale or re-distribute any part or images as a vector, or in any format that will allow a third party to access to the images in digital vector format, like Pdf, Ai, photoshop vector Shapes, Eps, Flash, SVG and any vector file format.

You cannot share an Image by providing access to such Image on shared disk drives, computer networks, intranets of any nature or otherwise.

You cannot use or display any of our Images on websites or in connection with any service designed to sell or induce sales of "print on demand" products using or incorporating Image(s), including, by way of example only, postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters, giclee prints, wallpaper, artwork and other items.

You cannot use the Vectorian Images in a way that competes with Vectorian's business. This includes displaying Images in any format (including thumbnails) for download on a website, offering Vectorian Images for sale, or including Vectorian Images for distribution and/or sale to third parties.

You cannot use the Images in a way not specifically permitted or prohibited by this agreement, without prior written consent from Vectorian

Making modifications or alterations to any of our ornaments or other materials does not free you to then sell or license them.
