Permitted License uses

You can use the Images for advertising, graphic design, marketing, books and book covers, promotional graphics, flyers, brochures, web design, catalogs, product packaging, film, video,illustration, editorial in magazines and newspapers, multimedia presentations, Ebooks, letterhead, business cards, promotional postcards, greeting cards and calendars, screensavers, online banner advertising, software, mobile or tablet applications, computer game, Gui design, logo, trademark and branding design.
These ornaments are provided "as-is” without any express or implied warranty.

Unlimited number of Users

An unlimited number of users are allowed to use the Images within your organization or company.

Unlimited Reproductions / Print Runs

You can print or reproduce the images at an unlimited number of units.

Uses in templates for Resale & Distribution

You can use the graphics in templates that you resell, as separated files from the main template, as long as you don't insert the Images as Vector Files and don't try to compete with our offer.

For example, you can provide our vintage graphics as .jpg images, but not as vectors.

For example, you can include a few separate ratserized graphic files to your templates folder, but you have to add a reasonable number of graphics. That way, you don't try to bring indirect value to your templates by adding a lot of our illustrations. If you add a lot of our graphics as separate files, you are competing with our products.

Uses in Products for Resale & Distribution

You can use the images as the main value of a product in commercial resale items

For example, you can use our images to sell wall stickers, wood decorations or T-shirt where our images play the major role and you just reproduce our images.

File sharing with customers and printers

An unlimited number of users are allowed to use the Images within your organization or company, although you may transfer files containing content to your clients, printers, or ISP for the purpose of reproduction for permitted uses only, provided that such parties shall have no further or additional rights to use the content and cannot access or extract it from any file you provide.

Non Permitted License Uses

You cannot Sell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise grant rights or make available for use by others all or a portion of the Images in form or formats designed or intended for re-use of the Assets.

You cannot resale or re-distribute any part or images as a vector, or in any format that will allow a third party to access to the images in digital vector format, like Pdf, Ai, photoshop vector Shapes, Eps, Flash, SVG and any vector file format.

You cannot use or display any of our Images on websites or in connection with any service designed to sell or induce sales of "print on demand" products using or incorporating Image(s), including, by way of example only, postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters, giclee prints, wallpaper, artwork and other items.

You cannot use the Vectorian Images in a way that competes with Vectorian's business. This includes displaying Images in any format (including thumbnails) for download on a website, offering Vectorian Images for sale, or including Vectorian Images for distribution and/or sale to third parties.

You cannot use the Images in a way not specifically permitted or prohibited by this agreement, without prior written consent from Vectorian

Making modifications or alterations to any of our ornaments or other materials does not free you to then sell or license them.
